Kai Huculak was born and raised in Kelowna, British Columbia, and graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree. While working on his degree, Kai accumulated over 10 years of sales experience on Vancouver Island.
Kai’s passion for the real estate industry coupled with the encouragement of family members, led Kai to decide to pursue a career as a REALTOR®. He obtained his real estate license through UBC Sauder School of Business. He has groomed his expertise in the fields of online marketing and social media, particularly how they pertain to sales.
At his previous job selling vehicles, he was the primary sales agent working with online advertising, social media campaigns, and turning an email into a handshake.
